Deniz Özkan Ergün is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law, contract law, and antitrust law. Currently, Deniz leads Delivery Hero’s M&A legal team for the Latam and MENA regions, where the M&A legal team oversees the group’s M&A matters worldwide. Deniz holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Istanbul Bilgi University.

Prior to joining Delivery Hero, Deniz spent several years at a law firm in Istanbul, Turkey, where they advised both local and international clients on a range of legal matters, including corporate law, M&A, commercial law, and antitrust law.

With their deep knowledge of legal matters and extensive experience in the corporate world, Deniz demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex legal issues and deliver strategic advice to companies; as well as to build and manage a team.
