Anne joined the M&A legal team of Delivery Hero as a Senior Legal Counsel in October 2021. She is admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015. She holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Queen Mary (London) and a Master’s Degree in European Business Law from the University Paris II Pantheon Assas University (Paris).

Prior to joining Delivery Hero, Anne worked for several years in the M&A / Private Equity department of international law firms in Paris, advising French and international companies as well as managers and private equity funds on all aspects of corporate law issues related to domestic and international mergers and acquisitions transactions, fundraisings, as well as LBOs.
